Great light, and a love of real moments
The Wedding Story began with a simple belief: your wedding photographs should feel like being there again.
For over a decade we've photographed weddings from the Cape Peninsula to the Winelands, along the Garden Route, up into the Highveld and out to the KwaZulu-Natal coast — grand marquees and tiny backyard ceremonies, sunrise elopements and 300-guest celebrations. What ties them together isn't a style of dress or a size of budget. It's the moments in between.
We shoot with a documentary heart and an editorial eye: available light, honest colour, and just enough gentle guidance so you look and feel like the best version of yourselves — as a natural-light, documentary wedding photography and film team. The result is a gallery you'll actually want to relive, again and again.
